Packs add deeper capabilities for specific parts of your program, like safety, curriculum or running multiple sites. Flex is available to programs of any size. Your dedicated account manager will help you select and implement the Packs your program needs.

Participant count is based on the total unique participants managed in Arly, not the enrollment in a single program or session.
If your participant count grows beyond your current Core tier, your account moves to the next applicable level. If your needs become more complex, you can also move to Flex.
Tier decreases are not automatic. If your program changes materially from one year to the next, contact Arly to review the right plan for your account.
Yes. If you start with Core and later need capabilities available through Flex, you can move to Flex without starting over or moving your data to a different platform.
Yes. Flex is based on how you need to operate, not just size. A program with fewer than 250 participants may choose Flex for multi-site management, check-in and safety, curriculum, surveys and insights, expanded marketing and communications, or other configuration needs.
Yes. Core plans can be billed annually, with two months included at no additional software subscription cost.
Yes. Core payment processing fees vary by plan. Flex software pricing and payment processing rates are outlined in the custom quote for your configuration.
Arly accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. American Express transactions may be subject to higher processing fees.
Guided setup services are available for organizations that want extra hands-on help configuring Arly and preparing to launch.
